Paneer Burji

A quickie for all the paneer lovers out there...
Preparation time: 10 minutes.                      Serves 4.

  • 1 Cup shredded paneer
  • 1 small onion chopped finely
  • 1 tomato chopped finely
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 Spoon jeera seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsps ghee
  • Salt to taste.
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
How to make:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, and add jeera seeds & turmeric powder.
  • Saute chopped onions & tomatoes in it for around a minute.
  • Add chilly powder and salt to taste.
  • Finally add the shredded paneer, and cook in low heat for around 2 minutes.
  • Top with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
Paneer Burji is a great side dish for roti & pulao.
