Creamy Beetroot soup

A healthy soup to start your dinner with...
Preparation time:20 minutes                         Serves 4

  •  2 Beetroots, chopped
  •  Small piece ginger
  •  1/2 cup milk
  •  2 tbsps fresh cream
  •  Salt & Pepper to taste
How to make:
  • Steam the beetroots, and blend it nicely, along with some ginger, after it cools.
  • Now heat the blended puree of beetroot in a pan, and after some time add milk, and simmer for a while.
  • Now add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Finally top with some fresh cream.
  • Soup is ready!
